Anne Di Grazia is a broadcast journalist and the documentary film director/writer of Asylum Seekers: Moria and Nipsey AD. She believes social change can happen with compelling visual storytelling. Currently she is working on the BBC project "Paradise" as an investigative journalist.
Anne uses her job as a journalist to expose injustice and elevate the voice of those who are silenced. Before choosing to start the filmmaking Anne worked in English and Spanish TV. She has covered hard-hitting news stories and led coverage on an 18-day manhunt in the Kern County mountains which received national coverage, an Emmy, and Edward R. Murrow award. She has also received an Emmy for her coverage of the Erskine wildfire. Anne attended Pepperdine University in Malibu, where she graduated with a degree in Broadcast Journalism and International Studies with an emphasis on the Arab-Israeli conflict.
Born in the Central Valley of California Anne grew up speaking Spanish and enjoys to travel.
